Spectacular estate of over 2,000 hectares in the heart of the Toledo mountains, just an hour and a half from Madrid. It is one of the most ecologically and game-rich areas in Spain and Europe.



The estate is fully operational and fenced around its perimeter. It boasts numerous streams, as well as the Nava River and Gavilan Creek running through it.



It is a hunting ground for large game (deer, wild boar, fallow deer, and roe deer) and small game (partridge, dove, turtle dove, duck, rabbit, hare, and fox).



The estate is characterized by Mediterranean forest, consisting of holm oaks, cork oaks, Spanish oaks, maples, strawberry trees, olive trees, and rockroses. It also hosts a variety of wildlife, including deer, fallow deer, roe deer, wild boar, and more.

HUNTING CHARACTERISTICS The estate has a total of 6 hunting areas and one reserve.
According to the Forest Management Plan (2032) and the Hunting Plan (2025), the following hunting options are allowed: 3 monterias/year; 2 monterias + 2 ganchos; 1 monteria + 4 ganchos; 6 ganchos.


Various hunting facilities are available, including:
Metal towers strategically placed around the hunting area
Specific feeders for each type of game
Capture areas for selective species repopulation
Refrigeration machines for game meat preservation and sale
Burial sites for animal viscera and remains

SET OF BUILDINGS, GARDENS, AND POOL IN THE HEART OF NATURE Private electrical power is provided through a medium-voltage line and a dedicated transformer, eliminating the need for a diesel generator.



The water supply system consists of several springs and wells that provide water from the mountains to the main house.



Hot water and radiator heating are supplied by a diesel boiler with solar panels for hot water production.



The sewage system for the houses consists of several septic tanks with biological filters.



The estate includes a main house on a single floor with over 500 sqm, accommodating up to 18 people. There is also a fully equipped guest house for 6 people, a caretaker's house, and other secondary buildings.



Additionally, there is a chillout area with a pool, changing rooms, garden, porch, and barbecue.
